Application:
- 1. Surface Preparation:
- Clean, dry, dust-free, and degreased surfaces are essential.
- Application is exclusive to dry surfaces.
- 2. Priming:
- Apply Hydroxseal Elastic primer as an elastic base.
- 3. Liquid Rubber Application:
- Dilute the first layer with water (up to 15%).
- Apply undiluted for the second and third coats.
- Application methods: roller, brush (for smaller areas), or spraying (for larger areas).
- Allow each layer to dry before applying the next.
- 4. Additional Reinforcement (if needed):
- Glass mesh or microfibers can be added to edges and corners for reinforcement.
Usage Information:
Temperature: Apply at temperatures above 5°C and avoid temperatures above 35°C. Drying Time: Several hours, dependent on weather conditions. Storage: +5 to +35 °C, original packaging, shelf life of 12 months. Consumption: Varies based on surface purpose and roughness.
